Life’s challenges, whether they are at work, family or in personal relationships, tend to be outside our direct control. However, one thing that we can all influence, all of the time, is how we respond to each situation.

I work with clients to overcome anxiety, depression, fear and low self-esteem. This can be with a combination of Reiki, hypnotherapy and CBT or exclusively with just one discipline. 

If you struggling and and looking for a way forward then both hypnotherapy and reiki can be very effective.

About me

I provide individual therapy online and from tranquil consulting rooms in Wandsworth. All clients are treated with the strictest levels of confidentiality and within the ethical framework of the GHR. I work with you to create a treatment plan which fits your specific needs.

I am passionate about the work I do and I’m driven by the highly individual needs of each client.

I am able to arrange consultations with other clinicians with specialities if required. 

My diploma is from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and is the only hypnotherapy qualification recognised for CPD by the British Psychological Society.
